How Youll Make An Impact:
This would be essential as we are integrating advanced technology such as digital phoropters, EMR, Maestro, and OCT-retinal camera combo.
Creates a culture of patient care safety and accuracy. Communicates clear expectations regarding quality of care and patient safety. Ensures others are held accountable for following standard operating procedures (SOP) and achieving expected quality and patient safety goals.
Creates and fosters an environment centered on health care compliance execution. Actively communicates, trains, and guides the processes for completion and follow-up on compliance initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$200,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
