What you'll do...

Asset Protection Security: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff, monitors access control equipment.

Employee Health and Safety: Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety, and food safety auditing processes. Conducts safety audits, reviews, and creates reports. Acts as an interface for workers' compensation issues.

Partnership & Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder management, engagement techniques, and business vernacular. Supports project activities and process updates.

Data & Digital Literacy: Knowledge of data collection, digital applications, and systems. Analyzes data, creates reports, and suggests automation opportunities.

EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies. Supports training programs and manages feedback.

Influential Communication: Knowledge of business communication styles. Organizes and presents information effectively, builds professional networks.

Process Improvement: Supports process improvement strategies, identifies gaps, and participates in root cause analysis.

Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Implements policies and promotes environmental issues.

Operational Excellence: Knowledge of organizational processes, SOPs, and workflows. Explains operational functions and supports continuous improvement.

Additional responsibilities include adhering to company policies, completing work efficiently, respecting diversity, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year in criminal justice, loss prevention, safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Criminal Justice).

Preferred Qualifications

Optional qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and coursework or experience in criminal justice, loss prevention, safety, or related fields.
