A leading company seeks an Environmental Health and Safety professional to oversee compliance, safety regulations, and risk management within its operations. The individual will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and supporting training initiatives, while engaging with stakeholders to address environmental concerns. Possesses knowledge of Data collection modes, techniques, and tools, data analytics. Responsible for articulating the levers that influence data, ensuring data quality, organizing processes and information for analysis, and developing and implementing technology changes across multiple processes within the assigned area.
Possesses knowledge of Environmental policies and procedures, applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations involving the environment. Responsible for operating tools and equipment for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution, supporting regulatory visits, preparing audit reports, evaluating pollution control, assisting in integrating environmental considerations into process design, interpreting compliance reports, and developing company policies related to environmental risks.
Possesses knowledge of Operational processes, root cause analysis techniques, department workflows, SOPs, and OBW processes. Responsible for explaining operational functions, clarifying roles, describing interdependence, and identifying primary operational functions.
Possesses knowledge of Stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and management effectiveness tools. Responsible for owning project delivery, supporting process updates, solving business issues, and demonstrating functional knowledge of the business unit.
Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, safety and food safety auditing, regulatory inspection processes, and emergency procedures. Responsible for participating in inspections, maintaining safety records, monitoring hazards, and participating in root cause analysis and safety violations reporting.
Possesses knowledge of Asset protection policies, environmental health and safety laws, and regulations. Responsible for working with security tools, investigating breaches, assisting in access control, installing surveillance, maintaining loss records, and supporting loss reduction practices.
Possesses knowledge of Training methodologies and content development. Responsible for supporting training programs, managing feedback, and supporting training initiatives.
Possesses knowledge of Risk management processes, assessment reports, and tools. Responsible for producing risk reports, conducting risk assessments, and implementing risk management strategies.
Possesses knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies. Responsible for defining workflows, identifying problems, implementing improvements, and leading incident investigations.
Possesses knowledge of Influential Communication. Responsible for organizing and presenting information credibly, influencing team members and partners, and building professional networks.
Possesses knowledge of Transportation laws, safety rules, and documentation. Responsible for ensuring compliance, evaluating performance metrics, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

The annual salary range is $65,500 - $98,000, with potential additional compensation through bonuses, regional pay, and stock options.
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
Option 2: 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Protection, or Security within Supply Chain or Retail.
Associates must complete all required training and assessments.
Certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP). Experience in investigative or asset protection roles in retail or warehouse environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
