Job summary

Walmart in Baytown, TX is seeking a results‑driven supervisor to lead logistics operations. You will supervise associates, coordinate staffing, and ensure safety and quality standards while implementing company policies.

The role involves QA oversight, inventory integrity, and working with ISD/vendor teams on system improvements. You will drive staffing efficiency, support development of staff, and align actions with Walmart’s values.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
