Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead staffing, scheduling, and daily operations in a high-volume facility. You will monitor productivity and safety, ensure quality, and drive process improvements across the team.

You will supervise associates and leaders, apply QA guidelines, and coordinate with Information Systems Division and suppliers to meet company goals while upholding Walmart values and a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a business/logistics field.
  • 2 years Walmart logistics experience; 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Attainment and successful completion of required trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  • Implement the business plan by managing staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.
  • Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and inventory integrity while ensuring policies are followed.
  • Oversee QA guidelines, procedures, and system maintenance; coordinate with ISD and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field
  • 2 years Walmart logistics experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Additional Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00.

  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
