A leading company is seeking a Supervisor to manage operations in a dynamic environment. The role involves overseeing staffing, productivity, and compliance while fostering a culture of excellence. Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.
Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring compliance; distributing and maintaining procedures and documentation.
Identify concerns from associates, customers, and/or suppliers by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions or recommendations.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, modeling policies, and identifying training needs, including hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
Manage maintenance department operations, ensuring performance related to warehouse equipment, compliance with regulations, and general repairs.
Manage financial aspects by monitoring expenses, asset utilization, and analyzing business reports.

The annual salary range is $80,000.00-$120,000.00, with additional bonuses and potential location-based pay adjustments.
Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial field and 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related fields, or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment, including 1 year in maintenance.
Optional qualifications include compliance, general maintenance, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with regulatory agencies, and degrees in Business or Logistics.
