Position Summary...

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation. Identify concerns by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions or recommendations. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development. Manage maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining equipment. Manage financial aspects by tracking expenses and asset utilization. Build high-performing teams, foster a culture of belonging, and act with integrity. Deliver results by focusing on customer needs, making data-driven decisions, and encouraging continuous improvement. Walmart offers competitive pay, bonuses, benefits, and educational programs. Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial-related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field, or 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance environment, or 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including 6 months leading a team, or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment with 1 year in maintenance.
