Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.

Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.

Monitor and manage productivity by analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies, standards, and procedures, and monitoring compliance.

Identify concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers, and determine corrective actions or make recommendations for resolution.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.

Manage maintenance department daily operations, ensuring performance related to warehouse equipment and compliance with regulations (OSHA, NFPA, etc.).

Manage financial aspects by monitoring expenses, asset utilization, and analyzing business reports.

Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create a culture of belonging, and foster a collaborative work environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$120,000.00, with additional bonuses and potential location-based pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in an industrial field and 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Industrial field, or 2 years Walmart logistics maintenance experience including 6 months leading a team, or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment with 1 year in maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications...

Optional qualifications include Compliance, General Maintenance, Microsoft Office skills, and knowledge of Regulatory Agencies. Preferred degrees are Bachelor's in Business or Logistics.
