Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the Pedricktown, NJ facility. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards in logistics.

You will train associates, manage workloads, review reports and drive process improvements while upholding Walmart policies and customer service expectations. This role requires supervisory experience in logistics and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience required.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.

Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing eg customers suppliers associates. Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals eg production quality safety. Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards and procedures, monitoring associate compliance to policies and procedures, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate customer and or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others when needed, to determine corrective action to take or make recommendations to resolve. Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures, identifying training and development needs and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range

Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
