What you'll do...
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
- Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring compliance; and maintaining documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns; consult with others; determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve issues.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation processes.
- Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create a culture of belonging, and foster opportunities for all associates to thrive.
- Work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, and communicate effectively to motivate and influence others.
- Attract, retain, empower, and develop talent; recognize contributions and accomplishments.
- Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling company values, and supporting a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Support Walmart's sustainability and community initiatives, including creating a sense of belonging, eliminating waste, and participating in local giving.

- Meet or exceed minimum qualifications: Associate's Degree with supervisory experience or Bachelor's Degree; Walmart logistics experience; or supervisory experience.
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience supervising associates, and familiarity with Walmart logistics systems.
