A leading company in retail is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for their Loveland location. The role entails implementing business strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety. Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and maintaining documentation. Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening, consulting, and making recommendations for corrective actions. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling policies and procedures, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. All associates must complete required trainings and assessments.
Microsoft Office skills, experience supervising associates, Walmart Logistics Manager role, Bachelor's degrees in Business or Logistics.
