Base pay range

$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and documentation.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers by listening, consulting, and determining corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development.
• Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create a culture of belonging.
• Attract and retain talent, empower and develop team members, and recognize contributions.
• Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, and support Walmart's culture and values.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results, considering customer preferences, and making data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, adopt new technologies, and support change management.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00, with additional compensation such as bonuses, regional pay zones, and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in related fields, or equivalent Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office, supervising associates, or Walmart Logistics Management.
