Position Summary

This role involves managing data and digital literacy, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, influential communication, transportation operations, and leadership responsibilities. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, bonuses, health and financial benefits, paid time off, and educational programs. The annual salary range is $65,500 to $98,000, with additional compensation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
Option 2: 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Protection, or Security within Supply Chain or Retail.
All associates must complete required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP), or equivalent, along with 2+ years investigative or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive is also preferred.
