Base pay range

$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing asset protection strategies across distribution centers and fulfillment centers, ensuring security protocols are followed to prevent theft, vandalism, and loss. Collaborates with management to develop and implement loss prevention initiatives, conducts investigations, and ensures compliance with safety and security policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute asset protection policies and procedures.
2. Investigate security breaches, thefts, and vandalism incidents.
3. Implement access control procedures and surveillance systems.
4. Train staff on security and safety protocols.
5. Maintain records of loss prevention activities and generate reports.
6. Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field, OR
• 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Protection, or Security within Supply Chain or Retail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications (LPC), Certified Security Professional (CSP).
• Investigative experience in retail or warehouse settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
