A leading company is seeking a qualified Environmental, Health, and Safety professional to enhance company operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and possess relevant certifications.
Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, tools, and data analytics. Responsible for articulating data levers, ensuring data quality, organizing information for analysis, and implementing technology changes across processes.
Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies, laws, and regulations. Supports pollution evaluation, compliance, and integrates environmental considerations into process design.
Operational Excellence: Understanding of organizational processes, SOPs, and OBW. Explains operational functions, clarifies department roles, and identifies primary operational activities.
Partnership Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder management, engagement, and communication techniques. Supports project delivery and process updates.
Employee Health and Safety: Knowledge of OSHA, safety inspections, emergency procedures, and safety record management. Participates in inspections, maintains safety equipment, and reports violations.
Asset Protection Security: Knowledge of theft prevention, security breach investigation, and loss prevention reporting. Supports security procedures and incident reporting.
EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies and content development. Supports training activities and manages feedback.
Risk Management: Knowledge of risk assessment and management reports. Conducts risk assessments, documents procedures, and trains employees.
Process Improvement: Identifies workflow issues, implements improvements, and leads incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Influential Communication: Organizes and presents information credibly, influences stakeholders, and builds professional networks.
Transportation Operations: Knowledge of transportation laws and safety rules. Ensures compliance, evaluates performance, and maintains transportation documentation.

Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Criminal Justice, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
Option 2: 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, Asset Protection, or Security within Supply Chain or Retail.
Must attend and complete all required training and assessments.
Certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications, or Certified Security Professional. Investigative or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
