Position Summary

This position leads Process Improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses within a Distribution Center, following the Network Process Structure and Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs. The role involves delivering functional results through KPI analysis, standard work creation, and process variation reduction. It supports the deployment of WPS methodologies, manages project execution of top losses, and builds capability among managers and associates. The position also includes developing gap analyses, supporting department managers, leading savings projects, and promoting company policies and ethical standards. Additionally, it involves building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging, acting with integrity, delivering excellent customer service, and striving for continuous improvement. Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, performance bonuses, and other benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, paid time off, and educational programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or 2 years' experience in Process Improvement or relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Co-Op/Internship in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution with experience in applying basic Lean/Continuous Improvement tools.
