Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE

Leads Process Improvement tools and methods, such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies, to eliminate losses within a Distribution Center according to Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.

Delivers functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creating standard work to reduce process variation. Assists with review and response of process improvement projects owned by area managers.

Applies new network One Best Way playbooks and provides input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication opportunities.

Assists with the tactical deployment of the WPS program methodology. Manages project execution of top losses in the functional area and helps build the capability of other area managers and associates.

Supports area loss profile analysis and performance metrics. Develops gap analysis to support WPS integration.

Supports Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within the process area.

Leads savings projects within the area of responsibility by removing losses from the process.

Promotes and supports company policies, initiatives, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions, ensuring diversity awareness.

Ensures compliance with company policies and supports company mission and values by implementing related action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and guiding on business process application.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$120,000.00, with additional potential bonuses and compensation based on location and performance.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, or prior experience in Process Improvement, or 2 years' relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications...

Co-Op/Internship in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution with experience applying basic Lean/Continuous Improvement Tools.
