Perk is seeking a seasoned Senior PR Manager to own our US and UK media presence, shaping coverage in major business outlets and leading executive profiling. This high-impact role focuses on building journalist relationships, translating AI narratives, and shaping Perk's corporate narrative for global audiences.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to prepare C-suite spokespeople and manage agency partners in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment across time zones.

Qualifications

• Extensive PR or corporate communications experience with a US/UK focus.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 US/UK business press and proven earned coverage.
• Financial communications background — handling funding rounds, M&A, performance narratives.
• Experience building compelling corporate narratives for business press.
• Direct experience crafting commentary with senior leadership; preparing C-suite spokespeople.
• Strong agency management and accountability background.
• Background in B2B technology, fintech or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the US and UK media strategy with proactive pitching, newsjacking and crisis comms.
• Build and deepen Tier 1 journalist relationships across WSJ, Bloomberg, FT, CNBC and Forbes.
• Shape Perk's corporate narrative and ensure consistent messaging on growth and AI.
• Drive executive profiling and prepare spokespeople for high-profile interviews.
• Translate AI/tech narratives into media-ready stories for mainstream business press.
• Manage PR agencies to KPIs and develop in-house capabilities.
• Integrate AI into daily PR workflows for faster, sharper outputs.
