Job summary

Perk, formerly TravelPerk, is seeking a seasoned Senior PR Manager to own our US and UK media presence. You will shape our corporate narrative, lead Tier 1 relationships, and drive executive profiling for Bloomberg, WSJ, FT, CNBC, and Forbes among others.

This is a fast-moving, high-growth role requiring strategic thinking, strong writing, and the ability to translate AI narratives into compelling business stories. Hybrid work with in-person hubs supports collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive PR or corporate communications experience focused on US/UK markets.
• Deep relationships with Tier 1 US/UK financial/business press and proven earned coverage track record.
• Experience handling financial narratives and corporate communications.
• Ability to shape corporate narrative around growth, financials, and AI/tech.
• Experience working with C-suite on media readiness and profiling.
• Ability to translate AI/tech narratives into mainstream business press stories.
• Strong agency management and ability to drive KPIs with agencies.
• Background in B2B tech, fintech or SaaS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own US and UK media strategy from proactive pitching to crisis communications.
• Build and deepen Tier 1 relationships with major outlets (WSJ, Bloomberg, FT, CNBC, Forbes).
• Shape Perk's corporate narrative with leadership; ensure consistent messaging.
• Drive executive profiling and prepare spokespeople for key interviews.
• Translate product/AI developments into newsworthy stories for business press.
• Manage PR agencies and ensure KPIs are met while building in-house capability.
• Incorporate AI into day-to-day PR workflows to improve speed and quality.
