AVP Loan Closing Team Manager
Wilmington, DE

As a Barclays AVP Loan Closing Team Manager, you will oversee a team managing a high volume of Barclays agented trades, ensuring effective client service. You will have the opportunity to lead 6 analysts reviewing trades agented by Barclays.

We are currently implementing a hybrid working environment, allowing colleagues to work part of the time remotely and part in the office, depending on the role. Typically, this means spending between 20% to 60% of working hours in the office, with flexibility to adjust based on personal circumstances and business needs. What will you be doing?

• Liaising with trade counterparties on regular calls to discuss aged trades and resolve issues.
• Signing trades on behalf of Barclays as an agent.
• Working closely with offshore analysts supporting the closing of third-party trades as an agent.
• Monitoring potential issues with trade settlements and keeping senior members of the loan sales and trading desk informed.
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reporting.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least three years of experience using Microsoft Suite.
• Over one year of experience with LSTA Par/Distressed trades.
• Over one year of management experience.
