Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization , is seeking a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist to join their team. You will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization supporting supply chain operations, production planning, and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job

• Lead and support supply chain and project management initiatives to improve operational performance and execution.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports to support production planning and decision-making.

• Utilize SAP to support supply chain planning, reporting, inventory management, and project execution activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, drive process improvements, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

What’s Needed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in supply chain operations, project management, or integrated supply chain environments.

• Proficiency with SAP and experience using SAP modules to support planning, reporting, and operational execution.

• Experience creating, managing, and analyzing Line of Balance (LOB), Clear To Build, or similar production planning tools and reports.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
