Job Summary

Solution Engineers create and deliver presentations of PointClickCare's solutions to prospects and current customers, both virtually and in person, as part of the sales process. They also provide presentations to new and existing employees to support training and webinars, and attend company, customer, and industry events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Sales Account Executives to create and deliver polished presentations during various sales stages.
2. Respond to questions during and after presentations, ensuring timely follow-up.
3. Create and update sales presentation guidelines, scenarios, materials, and databases, staying current on company solutions and industry changes.
4. Deliver presentations virtually using remote technology tools and in person at customer locations.
5. Participate in tradeshows and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Long Term Care or Senior Living, with a background in finance or billing considered a plus; customer support experience is also valued.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Sales, or a related discipline.
3. At least 2 years of experience with an EHR platform.
4. Over 3 years of experience presenting complex or lengthy material.

Contract Details

This is a contract position through November 1st, 2025, with a high likelihood of permanency. The hourly rate is $60-$65, paid without benefits or PTO, but with an additional 4% hourly supplement.
