Job summary

Marmon Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support US shipments and daily priorities in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will pull, package, label outbound orders, move inventory, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include inventory auditing, data entry in MS Office and SAP systems, and helping drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to produce results, manage time, and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Fluent reading/writing of English; comfortable working under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate, pull, package and label outbound shipments daily.
• Perform inventory movements, replenishments, returns and finished goods.
• Open customer orders and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interact with carriers and SAP/SyteLine users to complete shipments.
• Conduct inventory audits and document discrepancies as needed.
• Operate and maintain shipping equipment; support process improvements.
