Job summary

Napoleon Group of Companies is seeking a US - Shipper/Receiver for the scheduled night shift (Sun to Thurs, 10:00pm–6:30am). Load/unload shipments, maintain stock integrity, and support changeovers while adhering to safety rules.

The role requires forklift operation experience, RF scanner familiarity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong accuracy and daily receiving/shipping duties are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Minimum of one year experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
  • Must be able to accurately and safely load and unload trucks for outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Must be able to understand and perform both receiving in and shipping out of product on a daily basis with accuracy and abiding by safety rules and regulations.
  • Must be able to keep up in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Must be able to work alone or in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience are an asset

  • Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced multi-functional environment where priorities change regularly.
  • Responsible for maintaining facility materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion while ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Required to work indoors and outdoors throughout all seasons so long as it does not violate safety rules and regulations.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments while working with minimal supervision.
  • Be able to conduct frequent cycle counts of product with accuracy.
  • Support and supply department with required stock for process and support changeovers to machines and assembly fines.
  • Be able to locate and pick stock for customer orders with accuracy abiding by all safety rules and regulations.
  • Be able to utilize a scan gun to scan out customer orders.
  • Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

US - Shipper/Receiver (Schedule Sun - Thurs. 10:00pm - 6:30am)
