The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities

• Focus on corporate compliance and tax provision review, assisting with tax provision preparations.
• Work remotely with no travel required.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong prioritization skills for managing multiple complex projects.
• Influencing skills, confidence, and curiosity to question processes.
• Ability to produce technical tax research and writing.
• Knowledge of federal income tax accounting, ASC 740, IFRS IAS 12, and corporate tax compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in tax provision, accounting, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public accounting or industry with broad federal income tax exposure.
