Primary Purpose: The R&C IT Solutions Manager provides strong influence, assistance, and support to the Information Technology teams in developing, implementing, and monitoring a framework of internal controls, efficiently and effectively supporting the business and addressing Global and local / Brand IT policy standards.

Work Schedule: Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Core locations include Quincy, MA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD.

Eligibility: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enforce and facilitate the governance structure for changes to the IT / SAP US control framework.
2. Ensure assurance testing on the effectiveness of key IT controls is executed with high quality and in accordance with industry/regulatory standards.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with IT / IS business units, discuss control issues, and related remediation.
4. Lead the monitoring of process walkthroughs and management testing to identify internal control breakdowns and gaps.
5. Advise and support IT / IS business in designing and implementing controls to remediate identified gaps.
6. Execute a risk-based key control monitoring plan based on scoping guidance.
7. Regular reporting and communication with the R&C Director on the status and outcomes of activities.
8. Prepare advice for senior IT management on developing, documenting, and implementing IT internal controls and system controls for significant system implementations.
9. Present IT control weaknesses and propose recommendations, articulating concerns and benefits of remediation, and monitor process improvements.
10. Identify and communicate IT risks; implement and monitor controls; ensure controls are followed during new software or process implementations.
11. Additional duties as needed to meet business needs and support company values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• IT professional with 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring IT controls.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and best practice IT controls.
• Ability to articulate control concerns to senior management effectively.
• High level of initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT transformation projects.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP platform (S4/HANA IT controls preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, customer focus, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Attention to detail, negotiation skills, and strategic planning capabilities.
