Job summary

Essense of Australia, a premier bridal brand, is seeking a Manager of Human Resources for US Retail in Lenexa, KS. You will partner with store leaders to drive talent strategies, oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, and coordinate with global HR to ensure consistent practices across regions.

You will guide performance development, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the HR resource for US retail leadership while fostering a high-energy, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is required.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR or similar certification preferred; ongoing professional development expected.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fast-paced sales environment.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices in retail.
• Experience with recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of US federal and state employment laws governing retail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Leaders to develop talent and organizational strategies for US stores.
• Own the full retail hiring process and build sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Guide onboarding with structured orientation and 30/60/90-day check-ins.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
