Qualifications

• FPC, CPP or 4–7 yrs of equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in payroll operations and case management.
• Familiarity with Workday, EIB processing, and ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow case management: respond and escalate as needed.
• Payroll processing, including AD HOC requests and EIB setup.
• New hire payroll setup: confirm address, tax, and banking details.
• Benefits coordination with partners for retro benefit support.
• Leave of absence: manage LOA and RLOA to deliver timely updates.
• Urgent payroll change notices: escalate releases, terminations, bonuses.
• Reconciliations: payroll ARCs and cash/tax reconciliation.
• Banking follow-up: update banking information for employees.
