The Partnership Retreats is a membership that offers senior members of asset management business development teams a unique, multi-faceted opportunity to connect, engage and learn with decision makers from leading institutions and their consultants. Since launching in 2022, our US Institutional Partnership Retreats have become our flagship product and the foundation of a rapidly expanding global portfolio. We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to focus on new business generation across our US Institutional Partnership Retreats portfolio. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new asset manager partners. You will be selling a high-value membership designed to directly support asset managers’ institutional fundraising efforts. This is a high-impact role suited to an ambitious sales professional with a strong track record of winning new business and building senior-level relationships within the institutional asset management space.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is in the range of $95,000 to $120,000 per year. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
