SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate in the United States (Missouri/Kansas City) to drive smooth rental experiences, support fleet logistics, and boost sales. The role offers flexible hours and bonus opportunities, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

You will guide customers through vehicle options and add-ons, ensure vehicle readiness, and coordinate with partners to keep operations efficient and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused service is preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons to maximize sales.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey and collect feedback.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness and coordination with service partners.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with driving and staging to keep fleet presentation.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You deliver exceptional rental experiences by guiding customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities
• You support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction, collecting feedback, and maintaining high service standards
• You oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory management, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal
• You ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation
• You maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions while collaborating across teams to support daily operations and planning
