Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking team members to handle inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping, while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will fulfill Runner requests, restock, and demo products to align with priorities, with ongoing training updates.

You will support inclusion, diversity, and Apple’s values daily, embracing a collaborative, fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends where needed.

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes.
• Complete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members in support of creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Use communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes.
• Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
• Support the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should:
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Be able to lift and carry product to various locations within and nearby the store.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $23.00 and $30.59/hr, and most new hires start at $23.00. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
