Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Marketing, US Oncology to lead strategic and tactical marketing for a portfolio of oncology products. You will drive US brand strategy, in-line marketing execution, and launch planning while leading a small team of brand leads.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years in pharma/biotech with 7+ years in US Oncology marketing, and strong cross-functional leadership. Hybrid or office-based work with ~20–30% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 7+ years of US-based in-line marketing / launch experience in Oncology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or indications simultaneously.
• Experience with P&Ls and financial planning (budgeting, forecasting).
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US oncology brand strategy.
• Lead annual brand planning and launch readiness for pipeline products.
• Manage a cross-functional brand team and budgets.
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, and Sales teams to align on strategy and messaging.
• Drive growth, monitor KPIs, and optimize brand performance.
