Key Responsibilities:

• - Create new title orders in TrackerPro
• - Ordering searches and amending Schedule A & B as required by clients
• - Ensure title commitments are updated accurately and efficiently
• - Communicate professionally with clients or stakeholders to provide timely updates on title progress
• - Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
• - Manage multiple title files and deadlines concurrently

Requirements:

• - Mandatory experience with TrackerPro software
• - Proven ability to create, amend, and update Schedule B documents
• - Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and punctuation
• - Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
• - Previous experience in U.S. title processing is preferred
