Sanofi US seeks a US Medical Director for Transplantation to lead medical strategy for belumosudil across the United States, reporting to the NA Transplant Medical Head. The role focuses on integrating scientific, medical and business plans to support approved indications and future development in organ transplantation, including lung transplantation.

You will drive collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, oversee evidence generation and medical education, ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs or clinical development experience.
• Advanced degree: MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP or MSc Pharm with extensive therapeutic area experience.
• Broad knowledge of stem cell/bone marrow transplantation and associated diseases.
• Experience with clinical trials and post‑marketing data generation (RWE/registries).
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and communicate scientific insights clearly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategically aligned integrated medical plan for belumosudil, including medical communications, publications, IME, advisory boards, and data generation.
• Identify and implement medical research projects and collaborations to support strategic objectives.
• Provide medical leadership to cross‑functional teams including regulatory, legal, and commercial functions.
• Coordinate external partnerships and investigator‑initiated studies.
• Review and approve promotional materials for medical accuracy and compliance.
