Our clinic operations in Canada currently include Mental Health and Physical Assessments, with plans to expand into PT, OT, chiro, diagnostics, and more. Our Canadian markets of interest include Veteran Services, Workers Compensation, and First Responders.

We are looking to expand our business into the USA and seek a consultant to assess the market and collaborate with leadership to develop a go-to-market strategy.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Go To Market Consultant to help expand our efforts in delivering high-quality physical assessment, mental health, and rehabilitation assessments to the U.S. Veteran community. You will leverage your relationships and market knowledge to develop opportunities and partnerships.

Reporting Structure

This role reports to the CEO and COO.

Critical Accountabilities

• Develop a go-to-market strategy for physical assessment, mental health, and rehabilitation services, including initial clients, geographic focus, and service offerings.
• Sign contracts with target clients.
• Provide guidance on setting up clinical operations to best serve clients.
• Facilitate key management hires.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in Physical Assessment, Mental Health, & Rehabilitation Services with a reputable company.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same fields.
• Existing relationships with key stakeholders in target client organizations.

Note: This role is in a virtual team environment; flexibility for evening and weekend hours may be required.
