KPMG is seeking a US Manager, Safety and Emergency/Incident Programming to join our Enterprise Security Services Organization. This is a remote work opportunity within the United States.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide consultancy and guidance in managing a comprehensive workplace safety and emergency/incident response program supporting KPMG operations domestically and internationally.
2. Ensure adherence to workplace safety and emergency response best practices aligned with firm risk tolerance and budget considerations.
3. Manage risk management frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders such as Legal, Talent & Culture, Real Estate, and Business Leaders; develop learning and awareness programs for different audiences.
4. Develop and deliver training and coaching for stakeholders.
5. Perform reviews, facilitate tabletop exercises, support proactive planning, incident response, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of eight years' recent experience in workplace safety and emergency/incident response, including leading global programs addressing hazards like natural disasters, pandemics, and active threats.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
3. Strong understanding of regulatory environments (e.g., OSHA), safety management systems, and global situational awareness.
4. Analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a matrix organization across functions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex issues, influence, and negotiate.
6. This position is fully remote within the U.S., with 5-10% travel; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
