A few examples of your responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements.
• Assist with global product development and launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies.
• Partner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation on topics such as technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and consumer protection.
• Manage disputes and litigation in Italy and abroad.
• Guide labor matters globally in alignment with our values and culture.
• Create and update forms, playbooks, and scalable tools to support our high-growth business.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and address business needs.
