Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions with our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working night shifts (aligned with U.S. time zones) and possess a strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment process.
The selected candidate will work in USA time zone - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Understand job requirements and communicate them clearly to candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers in a timely manner.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and U.S. hiring practices (e.g., W2, C2C, H1B, Green Card, etc.).
Basic Qualifications:- 1-5 years of experience in U.S. IT or non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms and work authorizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, night-shift environment.
- Proficient in using job portals, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and deliver results under pressure.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience working with U.S. clients or in a U.S.-based staffing/recruitment agency.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Exposure to both IT and non-IT hiring.
