Join Barclays as US Head of Electronic Trading Business Oversight (BOC) Compliance, leading the US Electronic Compliance team and overseeing the Electronic Trading business, including the Quantitative Analytics Team within Global Markets. Provide expert advice on algorithmic trading with senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong regulatory knowledge.

Key experience required:

• Understanding of US Laws and Regulations (e.g., SEC 15c3-5, Regulation ATS, FINRA Rule 5310)
• Assessing compliance risks in electronic trading
• Market structure and financial products across asset classes
• Technical understanding of trading systems and controls
• Guidance to senior management on compliance issues
• Team leadership and management skills
