Role Purpose

You’ll lead the charge on brand and demand in the US - one of Talent’s most exciting growth regions. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance strategy with execution, bring creative energy, and align closely with sales to make a commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact, US-specific marketing strategy.
  • Partner with the US sales team to align activity with pipeline goals.
  • Drive paid media, sales enablement, content creation, and events.
  • Run localized campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Lead US trade show and event activations end to end.
  • Collaborate with the global team on brand and content - but own the US voice.
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Own the US marketing calendar, budget, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven ability to drive growth through creative, tactical execution.
  • Strong understanding of US tech and/or professional services markets.
  • Able to roll up sleeves and proactively get things done - fast and well.
  • Great communicator, collaborator, and planner.
  • Salary: $90K–$110K USD, based on experience
