In support of the firm’s exciting growth opportunity in the US Wealth channel, we are currently seeking to recruit a high‑quality Fund Product Analyst to join our Funds team in the US. This individual will partner closely with our Fund Product Manager based in New York and support the continued build‑out of our US Funds platform alongside broader global Fund Product colleagues. Wellington Management sponsors over 300 commingled investment vehicles globally with AUM of over $150 billion. This role will play a key part in delivering against our growing ’40 Act platform by supporting execution, coordination, and analysis across a range of commingled fund initiatives that will be offered broadly to US retail investors through a wide range of financial intermediaries. The Fund Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Wellington’s growing 1940 Act fund range, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and process discipline. This role is intended to expand capacity within the US Funds team and directly support the Fund Product Manager and broader Funds group, in delivering against a growing pipeline of fund initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is: USD 80,000 - 150,000. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, role, skills and experience, certifications, and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
