Job summary

Ramon.Space in Denver, CO is seeking a FP&A and Finance Operations professional to support growth of the US activity by ensuring clear communication between US operations and Corporate Finance. The role provides a finance focal point for US activity, supporting planning, controls, payments, project activity, and month-end analysis, with collaboration across US, corporate, and global teams.

A strong analytical mindset, experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and a global orientation

Qualifications

• FP&A orientation with strong business partnering capabilities.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Technology-oriented and comfortable with systems and data.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with Project Managers and operational teams.
• Ownership mindset and global orientation, collaborating with teams outside the US.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of the US activity by ensuring clear communication between US operations and Corporate Finance.
• Assist planning, controls, approvals, payments, project activity, and operational finance inputs.
• Serve as the finance focal point for the US activity, collaborating with Corporate Finance and US teams.
• Support month-end analysis, actual vs. budget review, and forecast updates.
• Work with ERP systems and drive process improvements where needed.
• Provide management with visibility over US activity, risks, and financial needs.
