You will own the commercial results across the pipeline, translating client needs into product feedback and practical trading solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of market structure, venue mechanics, and execution analytics.
• Proficient in Python with solid statistics foundation; experienced with A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience in institutional markets and electronic trading; familiarity with TCA and execution consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial cycle for US equities: qualify prospects, build champions, convert interest to revenue.
• Generate buy-side interest and drive adoption of trading capabilities like Expressive Bidding.
• Voice market-facing needs to product; feed back to design on liquidity and multi-symbol workflows.
• Manage the demand pipeline: CRM hygiene, champion mapping, outbound cadence and handoffs.
