Qualifications

• Extensive ASC 740 experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong US federal and multistate corporate tax background.
• Understanding of international tax and its impact on the provision.
• Experience working with external advisors and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual US tax provision process.
• Manage US federal and state tax compliance.
• Oversee technical tax matters and document key positions.
• Develop and operate tax controls.
• Manage external providers and accountability for their output.
