Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Physical Security Senior Specialist to support and coordinate the company’s physical security program, protecting employees, facilities, assets, and information by implementing security procedures and managing access control. This role also ensures SOP compliance across multiple sites, including Illinois operations.

You will monitor security systems (Lenel S2 Netbox, Exacqvision), triage issues, manage vendors, and collaborate with IT on outages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Security or AP Supervisor.
• Experience with Lenel S2 Netbox.
• Experience with Exacqvision or other Video Management Systems.
• Experience servicing multiple sites remotely.
• Basic understanding of IT Network Infrastructure protocols.
• 2+ years managing systems for multiple locations (card access, video, incident/risk management).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security system issues and log requests.
• Escalate complex issues to level 2 support as needed.
• Manage security vendors and verify completion of work.
• Coordinate with IT on outages and network issues.
• Install, replace, or remove cameras and access nodes as required.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business.

Job description

The Physical Security Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the organization's physical security program. This role helps protect employees, visitors, facilities, assets, and information by implementing security procedures, managing access control systems, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs.

You will …

• Monitor and manage Asset Protection Support Request Log
  • Analyze and triage reported security system issues
  • Action reporting and system change requests
• Escalate complex issues to level 2 support as necessary
• Monitor and respond to Lenel S2 Netbox System issues, triage and elevate
• Monitor and respond to system alerts in the Exacqvision video network, triage and elevate
• Review current training documents, updating versions as necessary
• Work with IT on equipment outages and other network issues
• Triage and provide remote support for urgent system issues as needed
• Manage security vendors by scheduling service, monitoring service calls, and certifying completion of work
• Work with team as needed to physically install, replace and or remove cameras, S2 Nodes and other equipment as necessary
• Communicate effectively with all areas of the business in a clear and concise manner

You have…

• Minimum 2 years as a Security or AP Supervisor
• Experience with maintaining Lenel S2 Netbox
• Experience working with Exacqvision or other Video Management Systems
• Experience servicing multiple sites remotely
• Basic understanding of IT Network Infrastructure protocols
• At least 2 years managing systems for multiple locations, i.e. card access, video system, incident/risk management systems
