Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Direct Media Buyer to research, negotiate, and execute direct advertising campaigns for our client’s dating platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of niche traffic sources, native ad networks, and direct publisher relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Taboola, TrafficJunky, and direct media buys.

Research and test new, non-traditional traffic sources to diversify acquisition channels.

Manage bids, targeting, and ad placements to achieve CPA and traffic volume goals.

Collaborate with creative teams to test ad variations and boost CTR.

Provide detailed weekly performance reports and insights to the Head of Media Buying.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in media buying, direct response advertising, or native traffic acquisition.

Proven track record managing native ads, banner placements, email drops, and programmatic campaigns.

Experience in high-competition verticals like dating, gaming, or sweepstakes is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of tracking tools, postback integrations, and performance analytics.

Ability to work with alternative traffic sources beyond Facebook and Google Ads.
