In this role, you will lead climate risk engagements for clients across multiple sectors, helping organizations understand, quantify, and manage climate‑related physical and transition risks. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate climate science, engineering, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies, supporting clients with climate risk assessments, disclosure readiness, transition planning, and enterprise risk management.

This role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, and practice development. You will manage complex projects, mentor junior team members, contribute to the advancement of Arcadis’s climate risk methodologies and digital solutions, and support the continued growth of our climate risk services across North America.

In this role, you will lead physical and transition risk assessments, vulnerability and criticality assessments, scenario analyses, and climate‑related financial impact evaluations to support asset portfolio and enterprise‑level decision‑making. You will translate technical findings into practical recommendations and executive‑ready communications for public officials, senior leaders, boards, and investors, while supporting clients in aligning with leading climate risk and disclosure frameworks, including ISSB, CSRD, TCFD, and California climate disclosure requirements.

You will also lead business development efforts through proposal development, strategic client engagement, and identification of growth opportunities. • Oversee technical analyses and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and delivery across multiple engagements, and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, workshops, and executive presentations.
  • Advance climate risk methodologies, tools, and best practices while staying current on climate science, risk modeling approaches, regulatory developments, and disclosure requirements.
