• JD or LLM degree and NY bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience at a large financial institution and/or a law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Draft, review and advise on debt and equity capital markets documentation across SEC registered, 144A and private placements.
• Support securitization, structured notes, and issuance programs as needed.
• Collaborate with business teams on transaction structuring and product development.
• Navigate US broker-dealer and securities law issues for international offices with Legal and Compliance.
• Coordinate cross-border documentation and due diligence with teams in NY, London, Paris and Hong Kong.
