Responsabilidades

• Lead US Brand Team to deliver launch strategy and lifecycle plan.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional partners for launch readiness.
• Own US Brand P&L, forecasting, budget and resources.
• Drive launch metrics, timelines, risk management and KPI alignment.
• Develop annual objectives and allocate department resources.
• Promote a culture of trust, performance, and psychological safety.
