This on-site role with hybrid flexibility in Ridgefield, CT emphasizes P&L ownership, launch readiness, and building high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience across marketing, sales, consulting or related areas.
• Launch experience in the US and collaboration with global teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of US marketplace dynamics and regulatory environment.
• Experience in Rx brand marketing and patient market access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive US Brand launch strategy and lifecycle across PoC to mature phase.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver a US-ready brand plan.
• Own US brand P&L, forecasts, budgets, and resource deployment.
• Provide strategic leadership to US Brand Team (Marketing, Medical, Market Access).
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of launch KPIs.
